5.6  Review of the Implementation of Review Outcomes

5.6.1 The relevant member of the Executive/Faculty Dean forwards a report to the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor, within one year of finalisation of the Report, outlining progress made towards implementation of, or the timetable for implementation of, the actions agreed to as a result of the review.

5.6.2 The relevant Executive or Deputy Vice-Chancellor shall also forward a coyp of the report othe Director of the Division.

5.6.3 The Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor shall report progress to the Academic Council and, through the Audit and Review Committee, to Senate.

5.6.4 The Director of the Division ensures that a copy of the follow-up reprot is forwarded to the Records Officer for filing and emails the report to the Unviersity Secretariat.
