EXTRACT FROM REVIEW OF COURSES http://www.secretariat.uwa.edu.au/home/policies/reviews?f=116988 Follow-Up Report .... 5.6 Review of the Implementation of review outcomes 5.6.1 The Faculty Dean(s) concerned forwards a report to the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor within one year of acceptance of the review report, outlining progress made towards, or the timetable for implementation of, the actions agreed to as a result of the review. 5.6.2 The Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor reports progress to the Academic Council and, through the Audit and Review Committee, to the Senate. (emphasis added) The Faculty Manager ensures that a copy of the follow-up report is forwarded to the Records Officer for fililng and emails the report to the Academic Secretariat. A template to assist with the preparation of the Follow-Up Report has been prepared. |
