5.6     Review of the Implementation of Review Outcomes

5.6.1  After consultation with the head and members of the School concerned, the Faculty Dean forwards a “follow-up” report to the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor within one year of finalisation of the Report, outlining the consultation process with the School and progress made towards implementation of, or the timetable for implementation of, the actions agreed to as a result of the review.

5.6.2  The Faculty Dean also forwards a copy of the “follow-up” report to the School concerned.

5.6.3  The Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor reports progress to the Academic Council, and, through the Audit and Review Committee, to the Senate.

5.6.4  The Faculty Manager forwards a copy of the “follow-up” report to the Records Officer for filing, and emails the report to the Academic Secretariat.
